All sales are final, and no refunds can be issued.
For safety & hygienic purposes, and due to the nature of our nail products (i.e., luxury gel press on nails, sizing kits) they cannot be returned. The customer is responsible for sizing their nails properly through the use of a sizing kit. It is the customer's responsibility to follow the instructions provided to size their nails properly.
The customer has the opportunity to request support with sizing during any point during their order processing time. Any sizing errors are not the responsibility of The Pressed Lab.
Shipping & Issues
Customers are to ensure that their address is entered correctly at the time of purchase. The Pressed Lab is not responsible for any errors entered by the customer. The Pressed Lab is also not responsible for any errors during shipping. The customer should use the tracking information provided by The Pressed Lab to track their order.
If for any reason a package is lost due to shipping provider error, the customer of The Pressed Lab can reach out to us to discuss a solution (e.g., another set sent, store credit).
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any defects or issues reported after 24 hours of receipt, will not be honored.
